Not everyone will resonate with having a daily practice for their spiritual side, but I personally find it helps me so much to stay grounded, release tension or worry and be my best self when I incorporate my daily practice. Through meditation, gratitude, affirmations, healing stones or crystals, tarot or breath work we can open ourselves up to opportunity and our best self.
